      During this session, Stuart will use the NC2014 specification to help delegates identify the difference between substantive and disciplinary knowledge and then explore the importance of weaving them through the curriculum to support the development of children’s historical understanding and perspective.

      This course is designed for Primary Art and Design subject leaders who are looking to develop this curriculum area in their schools.

      This course is designed for primary teachers and teaching assistants who want to develop their confidence and subject knowledge in Art and Design, in order to provide children with the best possible experience in this subject with wellbeing as a focus.
