Helen Jones is an experienced school improvement adviser, consultant and trainer with a track record of making a positive difference.  Helen delivers training remotely and face-to-face, working with schools and their leaders in a flexible and bespoke way to best meet their needs.  Helen is passionate about making sure that all children, especially those who are vulnerable, get the best deal they can.  Helen is also an assessor for NPQ with the Best Practice Network and a lead school inspector.

During this session, Helen will cover:

• Why governor visits are important
• Agreeing protocols
• Some ideas for areas of focus and possible questions to ask
• Writing the report from your visit

There will be opportunities for reflection and action planning during the session.

This training will be delivered remotely via Zoom.
