An Introduction to Mindfulness

Our Mindfulness and Wellbeing Programme, delivered by highly trained professional facilitators with decades of combined experience and expertise, is supported by the science, theory, and traditional teachings that underpin mindfulness.  Suitable for beginners and experienced alike, the course is designed to help you to establish a personal mindfulness practice that you can integrate into your daily life, at home and at work, and will help you flourish as an individual, group, or organisation.

The programme is taught experientially through guided meditation practices, reflection and discussion, and includes 90-minutes of teaching per session, a workbook and video recordings of practices for participants.


Week 1: An introduction to mindfulness
Week 2: Developing kindness and compassion
Week 3: Mindfulness and resilience
Week 4: Cultivating work/life balance
