Kate Sinclair
The Training Centre
Kate has a proven track record of success in business management, with over twenty years’ experience in private and public settings within the education sector. Prior to joining Aspire, she worked alongside Local Authorities, Governing Bodies and Foundation Bodies, providing strategic business advice to Senior Leaders and overseeing operational processes within schools. Kate joined the Trust in 2020 to lead The Training Centre by Aspire into the new millennium. She is looking forward to working collaboratively with the Academies and contributing to an environment where she can make a difference to the future of education.
Phillippa Butterworth Administrator
The Training Centre
Having worked for an academy within the Trust for over five years as an Office Administrator, Phillippa joined the Training Centre in 2021 to develop and implement new systems and procedures. With a background in project management, training and events, Phillippa previously worked as a Training Co-ordinator and Administrator for various organisations, planning and co-ordinating programmes, courses and events, including the London Maritime Arbitrators Association 50th Anniversary Conference and Dinner at Guildhall London.  With a highly adaptable approach, extensive skills and experience, Phillippa is keen to add value to the training provision offered to all schools, ensuring the best outcomes for staff and pupils.
Vicky Parsey
Aspire Academies Trust
Vicky held several successful teaching and Headteacher posts in a variety of school settings, prior to taking on her role as CEO of Aspire Academies Trust in September 2014. During her teaching career, she focused on the development of leadership at all levels, Early Years and SEND. Vicky has extensive experience of working with Teaching Schools, providing school-to-school support as well as working in partnership with schools, Governing Bodies, Local Authorities and external agencies; giving a hands-on approach to strategic advice.  She strives to work in partnership with local, national and international leaders in order to improve the quality of teaching and enhance the life opportunities for all. Vicky is a National Leader of Education, Ofsted Inspector, qualified coach, fellow of the Chartered College, facilitator for NPQEL for Best Practice Network and UCL and has recently completed studying for an MBA.
Lyndon Evans
Executive Principal
Aspire Academies Trust
Having devoted the past 35 years to primary education, with experience as a teacher, Headteacher and Executive Principal, Lyndon has extensive knowledge of teaching and leadership at the highest level. As an experienced Executive Coach, having gained the ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching qualification in 2013, he is passionate about working alongside those whose job it is to ensure the very best possible outcomes for children and developing a coaching culture in their schools. Having successfully completed the NPQEL programme (National Professional Qualification for Executive Leaders) in 2020, Lyndon is a lead facilitator for Best Practice Network, delivering the NPQSL and NPQH programmes (National Professional Qualification for Senior Leaders / Headteachers).
