Alban Education and The Training Centre by Aspire are delighted to bring to you a new four week programme, providing essential skills for outstanding middle leadership.  This will be cross-phase with specific primary and secondary facilitators every session, allowing delegates to benefit from tailored training specific to their individual setting.

Twilight sessions will take place at Sandringham School from 4.00pm to 5.30pm on the following dates:

Session 1 19th October 2022 Management or leadership? Understanding leadership styles
Session 2 17th January 2023 Leading effective meetings and managing people
Session 3 13th March 2023 Application of data (including tracking SEND data)
Session 4 17th May 2023 Coaching and unlocking potential

Meet the facilitators

Fleur Baikie, Head of MFL, Sandringham School
Fleur is Director of Learning – MFL at Sandringham School.  She has previously worked as Head of MFL and then IB coordinator (Senior Leader for the Upper School – 6th form lead) in an International School in the UAE and is passionate about staff development.  She is a leadership mentor and programme facilitator with Best Practice Network, delivering the NPQLT and has completed the NPQSL. She has trained and coached teachers and leaders across a variety of pathways.

 

Lyndon Evans, Executive Principal, Aspire Academies Trust
Lyndon Evans is an Executive Principal with Aspire Academies Trust. Lyndon has extensive experience of leadership at the highest level. He is an experienced, qualified executive coach, mentor and programme lead facilitator with Best Practice Network, delivering on NPQH and NPQEL. Lyndon is passionate about working alongside those whose job it is to ensure the very best possible outcomes for children.
