Designed for SEND Cos & Inclusion Leads.

Fiona will focus on provision for pupils with SEND, with reference to the Ofsted school inspection handbook.  She will explain inspection methodology and how this applies to pupils with SEND.

Fiona will support SENDCos and InCos to consider how the curriculum in their schools meets the needs of pupils with SEND and ensures the best possible outcomes for these pupils.

Fiona Webb

Fiona is an independent education consultant. She has been involved in education and learning for nearly 40 years. Fiona is committed to supporting leaders to provide a well-rounded and high-quality education in their settings that ensures the best outcomes for every child.

Fiona has highly developed skills and knowledge of inspections and school improvement. Fiona was previously an HMI for education. During her six years with Ofsted, she led over 150 inspections in all sectors of education: nursery, primary, secondary, non-association independent schools, initial teacher training and alternative provision. Fiona continues to inspect schools across all phases as a contracted Ofsted inspector. As such, she keeps up to date with the latest requirements of Ofsted’s framework.
