Rosemary is an NLG and led National Leaders of Governance (NLGs) across the East of England and NE London for many years. She is currently Vice Chair of a multi-academy trust. She is an experienced governance tutor, chair and trustee who has supported boards across England and has trained thousands of governors and trustees.
Most people become school governors or trustees because they want to make a difference, but without the right training these good intentions can be wasted by focussing on the wrong things or lacking in confidence and understanding of the role.

All delegates will receive an electronic copy of the presentation and supporting materials and resources to help them be more impactful in their governance role, including our monitoring plan and monitoring template, checklists for monitoring the curriculum and example stakeholder survey questions.
Who should attend?
Governors and trustees of all phases. This is a highly effective new governor INDUCTION, or a REFRESHER for the experienced governor.
